Recommend it for a family vacation

The breakfast buffet was something to look forward to every morning. Staff were attentive, like that guy who stayed with us until our friend was in good hands during an emergency. It's clear they treat guests like family.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but you get what you pay for.

The location is unbeatable, directly connected to SM Lanang Mall, making shopping and dining super convenient. The staff are friendly and always ready to help. The bed is incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the quality of the linens. Breakfast is a highlight with a fantastic buffet selection, especially the muesli with tropical fruits. However, my room had a few downsides. The bathroom plumbing needs attention. the shower was old and leaked water all over the floor, and the fixtures looked worn. I also noticed a few cleanliness issues, like a stain on the bed cover that was disappointing. Additionally, the absence of a coffee shop in the hotel made it hard for me to have quiet moments to work. Despite the hiccups, it's a solid choice for a comfortable stay.
